The murder of George Floyd was a moment that changed America and sparked a national reckoning around race. We wanted to take something that was iconically American and used it make a bold statement about the importance of unity across the country. With Fourth of July just around the corner we produced this film in a matter of days and it aired for the first time during the Macy’s 4th of July Spectacular on NBC.
